Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook position based in Boulder, CO. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's high standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations, and assisting with menu execution under the supervision of the kitchen management team. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Available Positions


Prep Cook

No experience required. We provide a structured training program for individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow within our kitchen.


Cold Line Cook

Some experience required. Ideal candidates have basic knife skills, recipe knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, from-scratch kitchen.


Hot Line Cook

Minimum 2+ years of kitchen experience required, including line experience. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow direction, and a willingness to learn new techniques quickly are essential.


Pastry Cook

Some experience required. Responsibilities include preparing and plating desserts to order, as well as assisting in the production of house-made breads, pastries, ice creams, and sorbets.
