We are seeking a Limited License Psychologist (LLP) to join a growing behavioral health team supporting individuals across residential care settings. This role offers a unique blend of clinical work, behavioral program development, and staff training in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.


You’ll collaborate closely with caregivers, medical providers, and leadership to train staff, monitor progress, and adjust programming—helping residents build independence, improve emotional regulation, and achieve meaningful personal outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of residents across multiple residential homes
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing training and in-services to direct care staff on behavior strategies
  • Work directly with residents to support implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and program teams to adjust care approaches and improve outcomes


Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule:
  • Monday & Friday: Remote (documentation, administrative work)
  • Tuesday–Thursday: Onsite across residential homes
  • Travel between locations within a 30-minute radius (mileage reimbursed)
  • Standard business hours (8am–5pm) with some flexibility as needed
  • No on-call responsibilities


Requirements

  • Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in the state of Michigan
  • 2–5 years of experience in behavioral health or residential settings
  • Experience working with populations such as autism, developmental disabilities, or similar behavioral needs preferred
  • Strong ability to assess behavior, develop treatment plans, and train staff effectively
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing a flexible caseload


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to ABA principles or behavioral intervention frameworks
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary or highly collaborative care environments
