The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in Phillipsburg, NJ. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.

• Support chronic condition management�
• Provide first aid and medication administration�
• Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans�
• Document care and communicate with school teams�
• Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment�

• Active LPN License
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience with pediatrics or school health preferred
• Requirements (must have): G-tube, trach care/suctioning, diabetic management
• Additional Skills (preferred, not required): VNS,� Seizure management, Med pass, catheterization
