ResponsibilitiesAssist with medication administration and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.Support implementation of medication policies and procedures.Work closely with the Registered Nurse (RN) to monitor client health needs and medication management.Provide guidance and support to treatment technicians regarding medication administration and client health concerns.Document client health information and communicate concerns to the RN and treatment team.Provide occasional phone consultation to staff during evenings or weekends if needed.
