General Description:

• We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join the Clinical Services Administration team.
• This is a hybrid, non-patient-facing role supporting care management initiatives.
• Provide care management support for patients, including those with HIV, substance use, and mental health disorders

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 35 Hours/Week
