Bancroft is actively seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) providing services across our organization. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
We are looking for a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for our Lakeside Program located in Mullica Hill, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Lakeside Program serves adults, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience acute behavioral challenges. The program is largely campus based, providing residential and vocational services in one setting, but also serves individuals in a growing number of satellite community residences. The LBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team of operations, habilitation, medical and behavioral services. The LBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within this framework. The LBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing ABA Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work.
Responsibilities
The Licensed Behavior Analyst supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.

Master’s degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, required.
BCBA certification required. *New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required. A PhD in a related discipline is desirable.
Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred. Prior management experience is also preferred.
*Though NJ licensure is a requirement, candidates with an active BCBA certification may be eligible to interview.
