As Legal Counsel (M&A), you will be responsible for the legal structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions (M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, venture capital deals, group financing projects, and internal corporate reorganizations
This includes comprehensive legal advice, including analyses and coordination activities
In addition, you will independently draft and negotiate transaction documents, provide post‑M&A advice, and legally support the post‑merger integration
You will also act independently as an in‑house expert for all matters related to corporate, contract, and commercial law
You will contribute independently to interdisciplinary projects and work closely with the specialist departments, project management, and the company’s executive management
Your Experience and Qualifications
You have completed your legal studies with a fully qualified lawyer degree and above‑average exam results
You bring several years of experience in the field of M&A — ideally gained in a company or a business‑oriented law firm
You possess in‑depth knowledge of corporate and commercial law
International experience in an English‑speaking environment is an advantage
You work in a structured and meticulous manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations
You stand out through strong communication skills, the ability to integrate and collaborate, and a high degree of team orientation
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
