Legal Assistant – Litigation (7+ years’ experience)
One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms seeks a full-time Legal Assistant to provide support
to the Top Partner. Candidate will be carrying out mix of various administrative and paratype duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience that includes litigation.
Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills,
exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment,
and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and clients.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of and ability to apply office software applications including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PDF. TOA, TOC, Styles
Ability to coordinate work assignments, prepare legal correspondence and documents,
transcribe digital dictation, organize and maintain files and records.
Experience with e-filing in New Jersey and New York preferred.
