We are partnering with a respected mid-size law firm to identify a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and takes pride in precision and organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Format and proofread legal documents with a high degree of accuracy
  • File pleadings and documents with state and federal courts (including e-filing)
  • Manage attorney time entry and billing support
  • Conduct conflict checks and assist with new matter intake
  • Maintain case files and support overall litigation workflow


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a litigation legal assistant or legal secretary
  • Strong formatting skills (Word, document styling, TOCs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with court filing procedures and deadlines
  • Experience with time entry and conflict checks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to support senior leadership with professionalism and discretion
