Basic Qualifications

Master's degree, plus 6 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in a specialized area or equivalent relevant experience is required; plus, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Must be able to obtain Polygraph. Position Overview:

As a Lead Systems Integration Engineer, you'll serve as a strategic technology leader responsible for defining, designing, and governing enterprise-wide IT infrastructure across complex, multi-domain environments. You'll drive innovation, mentor teams, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with organizational objectives while maintaining the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance.

What You'll Experience:

  • Define and drive the enterprise-wide IT architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority across multiple IT domains, providing strategic guidance to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and DevSecOps practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Design and oversee identity and access management strategies, network infrastructures, and enterprise system build standards across multiple classification levels.
  • Lead complex project initiatives involving LAN/WAN design, acquisition, and implementation at an enterprise scale.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level briefings, metrics dashboards, and technical documentation to communicate system health and performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Deep expertise across multiple IT domains including networking, systems administration, and security architecture.
  • Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, Red Hat Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in LINUX/UNIX scripting and automation tools including Ansible, Satellite, and Ansible Tower/AAP.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, WAN Protocols, QoS, LAN, and Data Center Protocols.
  • Exceptional decision-making, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and address vulnerabilities at an enterprise scale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; Master's degree plus 10 years; or PhD plus 8 years.
  • A minimum of an IAT Level II (DoD 8570/8140.01) certification is required at the time of hire.
  • Preferred: IAT Level III (DoD 8570/8140.01) certification at the time of hire: e.g., CISSP, CASP+, CISA, or equivalent.
  • Active Security Clearance required.

Combined Salary Range

USD $139,662.00 - USD $147,300.00 /Yr.
