KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist I, Digital Innovation to join our Audit Technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter resource on blockchain for internal client service teams to promote learning, development, and technical understanding
- Participate incross-functional teams supporting blockchain technology engagements with external clientssuch as risk, governance, infrastructure, security, assurance, audit, tax, and others
- Design and facilitate “Audit Ignition” sessions for clients and prospects, delivering targeted educational programming on the practical applications of blockchain and generative AI technology to drive awareness, build trust, and promote exceptional client experience
- Represent the firm in external-facing settings across a dynamic travel schedule (approximately 25% travel), engaging decision-makers at clients, prospects, and industry forums
- Articulate Audit Operations Innovation's strategic direction and objectives, supporting the development and maintenance of an innovative culture
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify opportunities, create solutions, and develop key internal and external materials supporting Audit Operations Innovation's strategy
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility in evolving and maturing portfolio activities to meet changing business needs
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years' recent experience driving Audit Operations digital innovation: assessing digital asset/emerging tech, crafting funding business cases, executing mid/long-term tech strategies, and partnering with senior leaders to deliver solutions
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Experience in technology strategy, digital/business transformation, innovation, Agile delivery, project management, data management, artificial intelligence, and value creation
- Experience building business cases and investment proposals, delivering executive presentations, applying strong analytical skills, and communicating effectively in writing and interpersonally; demonstrated intellectual curiosity
