Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will operate as a senior recruiting expert. providing strategic consulting to senior leaders, shaping senior leader hiring strategy, and driving consistency, quality, and rigor across the senior-level recruiting process.You will develop market‑informed talent strategies, elevate interviewing excellence, uphold TA standards, and serve as the operational peer leader across the recruiting team. This role blends talent advisory work, structured governance, and hands‑on recruiting for high‑visibility, high‑impact positions.Key Responsibilities - Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior HQ leaders, shaping role design, hiring strategy, and decision criteria.
- Lead senior role recruiting governance, including strategic intake, competency‑based interview design, panel preparation, and debrief facilitation.
- Develop and implement enterprise‑impact hiring strategies using labor‑market analytics, competitive intelligence, and TA dashboard insights.
- Act as a peer leader to Recruiters and TA Analyst, providing coaching, process guidance, and prioritization support to ensure operational excellence.
- In partnership with HRBPs, influence workforce planning, talent requirements, and compensation alignment using market data and internal benchmarks.
- Drive consistency across the hiring lifecycle through standardized practices, including curated candidate slates, structured interviews, scorecards, and SLAs.
- Monitor funnel health through daily dashboard insights; identify bottlenecks, risks, and trends and implement acceleration or remediation plans.
- Lead high‑visibility recruiting projects, process improvement initiatives, and TA framework enhancements (e.g., competency models, intake templates, interview calibration).
- Partner with leaders to ensure accountability for feedback timeliness, hiring readiness, and high‑quality, equitable candidate experience.
- Build high‑quality, diverse pipelines for senior‑level and complex roles using targeted sourcing strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with compliance, audit, and documentation standards, including OFCCP requirements.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including senior‑level or corporate HQ roles.
- Proven ability to influence Director/VP‑level stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Experience designing structured interview strategies, assessments, and selection frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience operating in an OFCCP‑compliant environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate labor‑market insights, funnel metrics, and dashboard data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional consulting, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously in a high‑visibility, high‑impact environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process alignment and drive adoption of TA standards.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience supporting HQ corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Finance, Communications, IT, etc.
- Background creating or improving TA processes, tools, or enterprise standards.
- Experience with talent intelligence platforms (e.g., TalentNeuron), ATS/CRM systems (BrassRing, Phenom), or analytics dashboards.
- Experience recruiting in complex, matrixed, or highly regulated environments.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
