We’re looking for Lead Product Manager to join a leading banking client in MC Lean, VA Onsite.

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive a large-scale end-user technology transformation for a leading banking client in McLean, VA. This role is focused on leading the migration from Citrix environments and managing the end-to-end laptop replacement and return process for thousands of users.


Position: Lead Product Manager (Citrix Migration + Laptop Return Process)

Location: MC Lean, VA(Onsite)


Responsibilities

Identify & Mitigate Pain Points: Perform deep-dive discovery into the current DFS end-user environment to identify potential friction points in the transition to (e.g., software compatibility, peripheral connectivity, and data migration).

Migration Roadmap Management: Craft and deliver a phased migration roadmap that balances aggressive transition timelines with the need to maintain business-as-usual productivity across various DFS lines of business.

Technical Refinement & Readiness: Create a detailed refinement plan to translate user needs into technical requirements for engineering and IT support teams, ensuring the "Golden Image" and deployment processes are ready for scale.

Stakeholder & Change Management: Manage a diverse set of stakeholders across IT, Security, and HR to generate buy-in and ensure leadership is aligned on the transition strategy and velocity.

Strategic Escalation: Proactively identify project blockers and technical hurdles, escalating key decisions to leadership with data-backed recommendations to keep the transition on schedule.

User Testing & Feedback Loops: Coordinate robust user acceptance testing (UAT) and pilot programs; synthesize feedback into actionable process improvements for the broader rollout.

Process Engineering: Design and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the laptop exchange—from initial communication and device distribution to old hardware reclamation.

Execution Excellence: Lead cross-functional "war rooms" or daily stand-ups to troubleshoot real-time deployment issues, ensuring iterative value delivery and a high-quality user experience.


Role-Specific Requirements:

  • Large-Scale Migration Experience: Proven track record of leading large-scale hardware or software deployments (5,000+ users), preferably within a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or corporate integration context.
  • Human-Centric Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify user experience "friction" and design empathetic solutions that minimize productivity loss during technology shifts.
  • Operational Process Design: Experience building and managing complex operational workflows that involve both digital tools and physical logistics (e.g., hardware shipping, asset tracking, and desk-side support coordination).
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Jira, or Excel) to track migration cohorts, success rates, and incident trends for executive reporting.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or End-User Computing (EUC) product development.
  • Background in organizational change management or communications.

💵 Pay Range: $80 - $96.00/Hour
