Hiring: Lead Executive Technology Specialist (Onsite – New York, NY | Contract to Hire)


We are looking for a highly strategic and service-driven Lead Executive Technology Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and deliver a seamless, high-impact executive technology experience.


About the Role:

This position goes beyond traditional IT support—you will act as a trusted advisor to executives, shaping and optimizing their digital work environment. You’ll ensure technology is reliable, secure, and intuitive, while anticipating needs, resolving complex challenges, and enabling leaders to operate at their best.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technology partner for senior executives, owning their end-to-end digital experience
  • Provide white-glove support across collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions
  • Support and optimize endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS) with a focus on performance and security
  • Lead executive-level event readiness, including hybrid meetings and AV environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and technology strategy
  • Mentor team members and elevate service standards across the organization


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in Executive IT Support / Enterprise IT / Workforce Technology
  • Strong expertise in collaboration tools and hybrid workplace technologies
  • Experience with AV systems and executive-level event support
  • Solid understanding of identity, access, and security best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with high emotional intelligence
