- This is a key role requiring strong expertise in Pega business architecture, especially within the Insurance domain.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving DCO sessions, defining business solutions, and ensuring optimal utilization of Pega out-of-the-box features with minimal customization.
- The ideal candidate should have deep experience in BPM applications, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient Pega solutions.

Job Description

Experience Required:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance domain on Pega projects
- Pega CBA or CDA certification is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage DCO sessions with business SMEs
- Understand business problems and provide optimal Pega-based solutions
- Guide stakeholders on leveraging Pega out-of-the-box features and avoid unnecessary customizations
- Facilitate requirement elaboration sessions and create wireframes/prototypes
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation approach
- Coordinate with client and offshore teams for smooth delivery
- Drive requirement clarity in initial discussions to minimize rework
Required Skills (Essential):
- Strong experience in Pega Designer Studio, workflows, and UI/UX understanding
- Low-code / no-customization mindset
- Experience in process improvement, KPIs, and end-user value measurement
- Hands-on with Pega reporting and dashboard features
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
