Royal Caribbean Group’s Shipboard Talent Acquisition Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Early Talent Development reporting to the Senior Manager, Early Talent Program.
This role will work onsite in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
The Lead, Global Early Talent – Shipboard & Private Destinations supports project management, execution, and performance tracking of international school, cadet, and apprenticeship programs for shipboard and private destination roles.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Early Talent Program this role will work cross-functionally with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Operations, HR Business Partners, and Government Relations to ensure strong partnerships with schools, program delivery, and pipeline development.
The ideal candidate will have strong program execution and project management skills, along with experience working with educational institutions and early career talent programs.
