LCSW / ACSW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to join our team in a hybrid role based in Sacramento, California. This position offers the flexibility of both in-person and remote work, making it ideal for professionals seeking autonomy and work-life balance.

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards of practice
• Manage caseload independently while meeting productivity expectations

• Active California LCSW license or registered ACSW
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

• Experience in telehealth or hybrid care delivery
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience with diverse populations
