We are seeking high-potential Recent Graduates to join our team as Enrollment & Financial Operations Specialists. This is a critical backend administrative role where you will manage data integrity, membership validation, and complex enrollment processing. While on contract, you are eligible and encouraged to apply for permanent positions within the organization, making this an ideal path for long-term career stability and professional development.


Location: San Diego, CA 92108 (Mission Valley area)

Compensation: $25.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Potential for OT)

Start Date: July 6th

Duration: 5-Month Initial Contract (High potential for extension and internal career growth)


Training & Remote Flexibility

  • Immersive Training: You will begin with 7 weeks of 100% onsite training to ensure you have full support and immersion into our systems and culture.
  • Transition to Remote: Following successful completion of training and meeting performance benchmarks, you will have the opportunity to transition to 100% Remote work.


Daily Responsibilities

  • Enrollment & Membership: Process electronic forms for Medicare enrollment and manage the full membership data lifecycle.
  • Data Validation: Prepare, audit, and validate complex information to support critical finance-related activities.
  • Professional Outreach: Conduct outbound verification calls to members to confirm information (Note: This is NOT a call center environment; there are no inbound queues).
  • Skill Expansion: Cross-train across 10 different specialized teams to support various operational functions, giving you a broad understanding of healthcare operations.


Qualifications

  • Academic Background: Recent college graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills are essential for member outreach and team collaboration.
  • Performance: Exceptional academic records and strong assessment scores in data entry or logic will be prioritized.
  • Work Ethic: A history of professional stability (this can include internships, long-term part-time roles during school, or volunteer leadership).
