Laborer

Join the City as a Laborer! In this role, you could support the Environmental Services or Public Works Departments. As a Laborer you could expect to perform a variety of manual labor tasks associated with the maintenance, repair, construction, cleaning and operations.Vacancies in multiple areas within Public Works and Environmental Services Departments when available: (Current vacancies will be discussed during the interview process).

• Solid Waste - Environmental Services - This role is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of grounds and facilities at our collection/recycling centers, landfill, and litter clean up along thorough fares.

Experience, Education, and TrainingPREFERRED

• Experience in grounds, roads, and/or building construction or maintenance work.

Licensing/Certification

• If operating a vehicle for the purpose of completing job duties, must possess a valid driver's license.
