Employee in this position performs a varied range of repetitious labor maintenance functions during the annual maintenance cycle, to facilitate the repair, maintenance and construction of County roadways.

Safe and efficient use of a variety of hand tools.
Safe and efficient operation of light trucks, mowers and other equipment used on road projects.
Work as flagger when necessary.
Minor repair and servicing of assigned equipment.
Perform other tasks as directed.
Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions.
Ability to work independently in the performance of regular duties of the position.
Knowledge and skill in the minor repair, service and operation of assigned equipment.
