We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team, supporting industrial cleaning and maintenance projects across various client sites. This role requires physically demanding, hands-on work primarily outdoors, often in hot and dirty conditions. Successful candidates will assist with cleaning tanks, industrial equipment, and facility grounds using hand tools and specialized industrial equipment. Reliability, a willingness to get dirty, and a commitment to showing up every day are essential.

Work Environment
This position involves 90% outdoor work in hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions. You will work at various client sites, including steel manufacturing facilities, power plants during shutdowns, and chemical plants. Expect exposure to industrial noise, weather conditions, and rugged terrain. The schedule varies based on client needs, with occasional night and extended shifts. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when projects fall behind, are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
