  • Pathways Internship positions provide for development and training. Assignments become more responsible as incumbent increases knowledge and skills through work experience and academic training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to:
  • Serve as a student trainee and as such is given on-the-job training and instructions to perform manual duties in a variety of workstations.
  • In addition to the general manual duties, work assignments are designed to provide learning experience in an assigned skill trade.
  • Perform manual duties in shop work situation relating to one of following target occupations: (1) HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT REPAIRER; (2) ELECTRONICS MECHANIC HELPER.

For this internship, you MUST be CURRENT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT. This is a HIGH SCHOOL student internship opportunity. The position requires the candidate to meet a minimum cumulative high school Grade Point Average (GPA) of a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Participation in any technical school courses and/or programs are considered at the time of applicant package review. Eligible: This category will be used for those candidates who meet the minimum qualifications of the position.
