With a reputation for excellence and a highly selective hiring approach, the firm is trusted to handle bet-the-company litigation, wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and sensitive employment disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage wage and hour, PAGA, and class and collective actions
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on strategy

Qualifications:

• 4–10 years of employment litigation experience
• Strong background in wage and hour and PAGA matters
• Experience with class and collective actions preferred
• Ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Active California Bar license required
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
