Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment (2–7 Years)

Location: Syosset, NY

Bell Law Group, a well-established employment litigation firm with over 20 years of experience, is seeking an associate attorney with 2–7 years of labor and employment experience.

Our practice focuses on employment discrimination matters, including a significant federal sector component (EEO and MSPB). This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience and meaningful responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing all aspects of discovery
• Drafting and opposing motions for summary judgment
• Handling employment discrimination cases from intake through resolution

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of labor & employment experience
• Experience handling employment discrimination matters
• Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills

Preferred:

• Experience with federal sector EEO or MSPB cases

Compensation:

• Salary range: $100,000 – $175,000 (commensurate with experience)
