Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - AM LAW Top 100 Law Firm - Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $260,000 - $310,000 Base Salary plus bonuses (Depending on experience)

Requirements

• MUST HAVE - 3-5 years of previous experience in Labor & Employment Law
• The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
