Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (RN)

Salary: $33 – $54.45 per hour

Schedule: Nights (3×12s)

Seven Healthcare are seeking a compassionate and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Goldsboro, NC. This permanent opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting mothers and newborns through critical stages of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, responding to changes promptly
• Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries
• Administer medications and manage pain relief options
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, recovery, and newborn care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state license)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
