Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team focused on the production of T cell and TCR-engineered therapies. This role is perfect for individuals with strong GMP experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality and safety in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform processing steps in compliance with GMP standards.
• Accurately complete production documentation and batch records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Stock and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support or lead Commissioning and Validation activities.
• Assist in the creation and revision of manufacturing documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned to support team and company goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in cleanroom or GMP manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of T cell therapy and TCR-engineered cell therapies, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience with both upstream and downstream manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP, batch record review, and biologics production.
• Experience with controlled document creation and review.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Extensive walking throughout the facility will be required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform required tasks in a fully compliant manner after safety training.

Schedule:

100% on Mon-Fri 8am-5pm- some weekend work as needed due to production schedule

This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Waltham,MA.
