Lab Technician

We are currently seeking a QC Lab Technician I to support quality control operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role operates on the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) following a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule, including weekends.

As a QC Lab Technician I, you will support product quality and safety through routine laboratory and production checks, including:

• Prepare samples and perform routine liquid analytical testing
• Conduct production line and packaging quality checks
• Perform scheduled inspections of line equipment
• Complete food safety and pre‑fill inspections
• Collect, retain, and test product samples
• Identify, document, and escalate non‑conforming products
• Accurately record test results and maintain quality documentation
• Assist with CO₂ testing and delivery verification
• Participate in daily production and quality meetings

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• Laboratory experience through coursework, internships, or entry‑level roles
• Basic understanding of lab testing, documentation, and food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
• Willingness to work a rotating night‑shift schedule

This position is based in a manufacturing setting and requires prolonged standing, as well as exposure to noise, humidity, and varying temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
