Kitchen Manager

A growing, multi-unit QSR business is seeking a hands-on Bilingual (Spanish/English) Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, team performance, and compliance at the unit level. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all BOH operations including receiving, prep, production, line, dish, catering, and dispatch
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and daily team management
  • Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and operational standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and labor to achieve KPIs and cost targets
  • Ensure compliance with DOH, labor laws, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or full-service)
  • Strong understanding of COGs, labor management, and inventory control
  • Proven ability to lead BOH teams in high-volume environments
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Tech-savvy with Excel, Word, and restaurant systems
