A prestigious and growing Am Law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A and Securities Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its Chicago office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team on sophisticated corporate transactions, including capital markets offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
This partner-track position is ideal for attorneys looking to build a strong foundation in transactional law while gaining early client exposure, participating in business development, and working closely with experienced shareholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and shareholders on complex corporate and transactional matters
• Assist with debt and equity offerings, including preparation of transaction documents
• Support mergers and acquisitions transactions from due diligence through closing
• Ensure compliance with SEC reporting and regulatory requirements
• Participate in client-facing activities and business development initiatives
• Contribute to cross-functional deal teams on high-value corporate transactions

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience as a Corporate Associate Attorney or M&A Associate Attorney
• Experience with securities law, capital markets, and M&A transactions required
• Background at an Am Law firm preferred
• Admission to Illinois Bar required or eligibility for admission
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
