This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of new construction and retrofit projects across both high-end residential and commercial environments within approximately a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on luxury homes, Class A office spaces, retail locations, and tenant finish projects, while providing on-site leadership to other electricians as a Journeyman.

Work Environment
The work environment is field-based, with daily travel to active construction and retrofit sites within approximately a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis. You will work on a mix of high-end residential properties, Class A office buildings, retail spaces, tenant finish projects, and outdoor areas for street lighting. The role involves using standard electrical tools and equipment, handling Romex and MC cable, and working with 277V lighting and lighting control systems. Work is typically performed in varying site conditions, including partially completed buildings and finished spaces, and may require appropriate construction-site attire and personal protective equipment in accordance with safety standards.
