This role leads electrical installation activities for a series of distributed generation (DG) ground-mount solar farm projects. The Electrician Foreman oversees field crews, ensures high-quality and code-compliant electrical work, and supports project delivery across multiple sites in Colorado with the potential for future assignments in the Northeast.

Work Environment
This position is field-based on DG ground-mount solar farm construction sites, primarily in Colorado, with the potential for future work in the Northeast. The work environment is outdoors and physically active, involving exposure to varying weather conditions and typical construction-site terrain. You will work closely with electrical crews and other trades, using standard electrical construction tools and equipment, including conduit tools and wiring installation equipment. Work hours follow typical construction schedules and may vary by project needs and site conditions.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Connell, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $61.00/hr.
