Hybrid role -3 days Onsite – Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are looking for a hands-on Java based Automation Engineer/RPA Engineer with strong programming skills to build and support automation solutions using open-source frameworks.

and troubleshoot automation workflows on a custom RPA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Robot Framework -Build RPA using code (not drag-drop tools)
• Build automation scripts using Java / Python
• Automate business workflows across UI, APIs, and backend systems
• Integrate RPA solutions with REST/SOAP services
• Support and enhance in-house RPA platform
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot failures, and optimize processes
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, OpenShift) for deployment

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with building/coding Robot Framework (MANDATORY) in Open source automation
• Solid programming skills in Java or Python
• Experience with Selenium / UI automation
• Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Understanding of workflow automation / BPMN processes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
