Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Optimization: Implement and maintain critical business systems including Okta, Atlassian, Slack, AWS, and Office 365.
AI Integration: Evaluate industry trends in AI; leverage experience connecting Large Language Models (LLMs) to internal data sources to provide secure, context-aware AI solutions.
System Performance: Monitor health and performance of networks and systems to ensure they meet rigorous internal and external standards.
Troubleshooting: Serve as a point of escalation for complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to global operations.
Security & Privacy: Ensure the integrity and privacy of business data through robust security protocols and best practices.
Project Leadership: Contribute to the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initial design and planning to execution and system migration.

Required Skills & Experience
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Breadth: Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and cloud-based infrastructure design.
Experience: Proven track record of troubleshooting and managing IT systems within a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Solution-Oriented: A proactive approach to problem-solving with a sharp eye for detail and operational efficiency.
Language Skills:Fluency in Korean is considered a strong plus.
