Job Description:
Technical Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field preferred
Experience supporting systems across physical, virtual, and cloud environments
Solid understanding of networking concepts with the ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues clearly
Experience with scripting, automation, and orchestration tools
Familiarity with SQL and working with data across systems
Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts including replication and failover
Experience with patch management and system lifecycle maintenance
Working knowledge of firewall administration and network security fundamentals
Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies
Exposure to IBM i is a plus, but not required
Exposure to AI tools or automation assisted workflows is a plus
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $80k/Annum to $110k/Annum with Benefits for this position.
