4+ years of experience of a mix of helpdesk and desktop. - AD password resets- Physical computer moves/hardware troubleshooting - O365 troubleshooting - break/fix - A/V support - Windows 10 support - working off a ticketing system- experience with network/server troubleshooting and diagnostics - Remote support- Webconferencing support and troubleshooting (they use Teams and Skype)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
