IT Solutions Engineer/Test Lead

Location: Hybrid; 2 days weekly in either office Indianapolis, IN or Portsmouth, NH

Duration: 12 months, extension possible

Description: Hands-on, forward-thinking Leader + Test Engineer + Architect to drive and deliver innovative quality engineering solutions across a broad application portfolio. This role centers on GenAI-powered enterprise test automation, actionable quality insights, performance engineering, robust data validation frameworks, and close collaboration with Site Reliability Engineering to embed observability throughout the SDLC. You’ll bring strong technical depth and leadership to design, implement, and scale modern testing platforms that help teams worldwide deliver faster with greater confidence.

Top/Must have skills:

• 10+ years in software or quality engineering with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Proven ability to architect and build automation solutions, not just manage testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Playwright.
• AWS cloud experience, including containerized and microservices environments.
• CI/CD integration experience.
• Experience working with SRE or platform teams and understanding operational metrics.
• Strong communication skills with senior engineering and program stakeholders.
