This role supports structural steel projects nationwide by erecting, connecting, and installing structural steel and metal components on active job sites. You will perform welding, cutting, rigging, and field fabrication while working at heights and following strict safety standards. You will read and interpret blueprints and specifications and collaborate closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Work Environment
This position is based on active construction sites at customer locations, with a strong focus on data center projects and other large-scale facilities. You will work primarily outdoors and at heights on structural steel frameworks, often in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment. Typical hours run from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with some Sunday work as project needs require. The environment is fast-paced and safety-driven, with strict adherence to OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols. Work involves extensive use of welding equipment, rigging gear, lifts, and standard ironworking tools, and requires appropriate workwear and personal protective equipment suitable for a construction and industrial setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
