Investment Client Services Analyst

$60,000–$85,000/year
We’re hiring an Investment Client Services Analyst to join a fast-growing financial services organization supporting alternative investments and wealth management clients. This role sits within a high-touch client services team, partnering with investors, advisors, and fund sponsors to deliver a seamless experience across a dynamic investment platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for investors and advisors, managing inbound inquiries and delivering timely, accurate support.
- Guide clients through investment processes, including onboarding, subscriptions, and fund closings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Support senior leadership with ad hoc projects and initiatives tied to business growth.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, client service, or investor relations
- Exposure to wealth management, alternative investments, or financial technology platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
