Inventory Control Specialist

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for receiving, labeling, preparing, and staging incoming shipments. Duties also include assessing stock for damages and keeping a concise record of inventory. You will be required to keep good records and track of incoming stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute order fulfillment: handle all inventory items with care, assemble packages/packets, record tracking shipment info in multiple digital locations, and provide details to stakeholders.
  • Implement quality management program: conduct QA/QC checks, use checklists to guide QA/QC checks, capture data, archive QA/QC paperwork and photographs, and conduct regular cycle checks
  • Conduct QA/QC checks at inventory check-in, prep for software loading, staging, prep for shipping, and check-out.
  • Inventory management: record all items received, shipped, moved, etc. on log sheets; maintain multiple digital tracking docs; use log sheets to participate in weekly cycle counts
  • Data entry and management: work with multiple data management applications; maintain current data (i.e. update regularly); assist with regular data audits; maintain a high level of data integrity
  • Assist with staging support: photograph QA/QC evidence; assist SW tech as needed
  • Maintain a clean and orderly working environment (to OSHA standards): clean up debris as needed; keep items in their designated storage locations.
  • Attend and complete training/certification for powered hand truck use; use electric and manual pallet jacks, use walkie-reach-stacker daily; conduct daily inspections of warehouse equipment.
  • Receive shipments (pallets of ATMs, small boxes, etc.) and send inventory out (ATMs or other smaller items): place dock plate, load/unload trucks, verify shipment/BOL, update digital trackers, etc.
  • Positively contribute to and maintain a safe work environment, which includes wearing safety equipment as needed: safety glasses, work gloves, safety shoes, and hard hat (all provided at no cost to employees).
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.
  • Some moderate lifting required (not more than 50 lbs).
  • Use Google Suite products daily: Calendar, Gmail, G-Drive, Sheets, Slides, Documents, and Forms
  • Use additional digital tools: Slack, AssetTrack (ServiceNow)


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience with an inventory software preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets & Docs)
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Physical Stamina: MUST be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail (Particularly with data entry/integrity)
  • Must adhere to safety protocols
