Logistics Inventory Specialist – Candidate-Friendly Overview - $21+/hr

Join a team where accuracy, problem-solving, and hands-on warehouse work come together! As a Logistics Inventory Specialist, you’ll help keep inventory organized, updated, and moving smoothly using systems like SAP and warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use systems like SAP to track and update inventory.
  • Perform physical counts and make sure numbers match the system.
  • Investigate and fix any inventory discrepancies.
  • Print and review inventory reports.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including standup forklifts and electric carts.
  • Take ownership of keeping inventory clean, accurate, and organized.
Required Skills:
  • Experience using computer systems for inventory tracking.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook).
  • Ability to operate or learn standup forklifts.
  • 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience with SAP.
  • Experience as an Auditor, Inventory Analyst, or in supply chain planning.
  • Forklift certification or training.
Work Environment
  • Multiple shift options: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
  • Two weeks of paid training covering systems and forklift operation.
  • Required safety gear: steel-toed shoes, work pants, bump cap, hi‑vis vest, and safety glasses.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
