Founded in 1983, RIC consists of 34 fellowship-trained radiologists and 7 APPs, providing comprehensive diagnostic radiology and image-guided therapies. RIC serves: UCHealth Memorial Hospital System, San Luis Valley Health System, United States Olympic & Paralympic Training Center. On-site partnership-track positions: Interventional Radiologist 2-year partnership track for new graduates Shortened partnership consideration for experienced radiologists. Schedule & Work Environment: Primarily on-site, with multiple remote shifts Mix of subspecialty and general radiology Day shifts with additional swing shifts ~10 weekends per year, with a post-call day off 10 weeks of vacation including weekend before and after, additional single days off Opportunities for internal moonlighting 4/7 administrative support. Compensation & Benefits: $500,000 – Year 1 $525,000 – Year 2 Nominal partnership buy in. Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 (based on experience), or fellowship stipend.
