The Miami studio, based in Wynwood, is one of the few in the Southeast with full architectural capability, working across workplace, hospitality, residential and mixed-use. Under exciting new leadership, they're growing fast.

The role

• Lead projects end-to-end across commercial, hospitality and residential sectors
• Manage schedules, budgets and consultant/contractor coordination
• Develop and present design proposals, programming, FF&E, finish packages
• Oversee construction documentation through to delivery
• Mentor junior and intermediate designers
• Own client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle

About you

• 6–8 years of interior design experience across commercial, office, hospitality and/or residential
• Confident leading projects and client relationships independently
• Proficient in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of FF&E, specifications and construction documentation
• NCIDQ, LEED or WELL credentials a plus
• Based in or relocating to the Miami metro area · Current US work authorisation required
