Critical Work Responsibilities Include:
- Applyand train junior personnel inboth qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusionsin accordance withTSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
- Demonstrateknowledge and applications ofmanagement principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical informationand train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same.
- Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC UnitOperations,train more junior staff inrelated best practices.
- Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and performadditionalassigned duties as neededincluding training and quality assurance of more junior staff.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field and/or position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or Associate’s Degree5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience).
