Job Title: Intake Coordinator ABA & Early InterventionPosition SummaryThe Intake Coordinator ABA & Early Intervention is responsible for managing the intake, referral, and service coordination process for families entering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Early Intervention (EI), and related support programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new families and referral sources, ensuring a smooth and supportive onboarding experience from initial inquiry through evaluation, placement, and service start.Key responsibilities include conducting intake calls, gathering demographic and insurance information, verifying benefits, explaining services and timelines, and ensuring all required intake documentation is completed accurately and on time.
