We're an independent insurance agency specializing in property and casualty insurance, embedded directly inside a high-volume automotive dealership on Chicago's Northside. Our mission is simple: improve the ownership experience by improving the insurance experience. We work with trusted carrier partners to offer auto, home, and personal lines coverage — all under one roof.

The Opportunity

You'll be on the floor of a fast-paced dealership, meeting customers at one of the biggest moments of their lives, purchasing a new vehicle, and helping them protect what matters most. Every day brings new faces, new conversations, and new opportunities to close.

What You'll Do

• Assess client needs and recommend auto, home, and personal lines coverage
• Convert dealership traffic into closed policies
• Build relationships with dealership staff and referral contacts to generate warm leads
• Prospect through phone outreach, networking, and relationship-building
• Deliver a seamless, consultative experience from first conversation to bound policy

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois Property & Casualty license (required)
• 4+ years of insurance sales experience
• Familiarity with automotive dealership environments and F&I workflows
• Strong consultative selling skills — you listen first, then solve
• High energy, self-motivated, and genuinely people-oriented
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $88k-$115k)
