Insurance Defense Attorney (3-12+ Years’)

We are seeking 3-12+ year Insurance Defense Attorney for our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
• Handle civil case through trial

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters. (Required)
