Huntingdon College (Montgomery, Alabama) invites applications for the position of Instructor of Mathematics to begin August 1, 2026. This is a non-tenure-track position, requiring a 30-credithour teaching load (typically five courses per semester) of face-to-face teaching of a range of courses contributing to the general education program and majors requiring the Calculus sequence. The teaching load could include College Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus, Introduction to Statistics, and other entry-level math courses. The successful candidate will join a supportive department dedicated to excellence in undergraduate teaching.

Required Qualifications:A Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Applicants with an earned PhD in Mathematics may be considered for a tenure-track appointment; any specialty would be appropriate, but opportunities to teach upper-level courses in the major are limited.
