Title: AI Education: Instructional Designer (W2 Only)
Duration: 15+ Months Contract to Hire or (Possibility of Extension to 3 years)
Client Location: : St. Petersburg, FL (2 or 3 days in a week onsite and rest WFH)
Responsibilities
• Design and develop comprehensive AI-focused learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create structured, outcome-driven learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, data ethics) into clear, engaging, and practical learning content.
• Create learner-centered materials such as videos, assessments, simulations, and interactive content tailored to varied skill levels.
• Integrate modern learning technologies, including AI-powered tools, learning management systems (LMS), and authoring platforms.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner requirements to design effective curricula and learning pathways.
