EY L&D VTH – Instructional Designer – Supervising Associate

The opportunity

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our L&D VTH team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

• Designing learning solutions based on client requirements
• Taking consultative approach to offer solutions
• Experience in developing various types of learning interventions to suit the learner and business needs
• Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
• Design solutions that are engaging and effective
• Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
• Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team

• Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly
• Able to travel, if required

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Completed Graduation in any domain
• 8 to 12 years’ experience into Instructional Designing
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial
• Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
• Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
• Strong experience in creating learning intervention around various adult learning principles
• Knowledge on course development life cycle
• Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable
